1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Chealsea88 ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services offered at chealsea88.cam (the "Website" or "Platform").

2 Definitions

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Chealsea88 platform is permitted only where the following eligibility conditions are fully satisfied:

5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or voluntary restriction that you have previously applied to your Account or to online gambling platforms generally.
6. Accuracy of Information: All registration details you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your Account information promptly if any details change.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of Chealsea88 services — including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions — you must complete the registration process and, when required, submit satisfactory KYC documentation.

4.1 Registration Process. During registration, you will be required to provide a valid username, password, and current email address. You may also be prompted to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and contact number. All information must match the identity documents used for KYC verification.

4.2 KYC Documentation. Chealsea88 may, at its discretion or as a condition of processing a withdrawal, require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

4.3 Verification Timeline. Chealsea88 aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a request may have their Account suspended.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Chealsea88 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable account security.

5 Deposits & Payments

Chealsea88 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

5.3 Failed Deposits. In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, you should contact our support team via live chat before attempting a repeat transaction. Chealsea88 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or banking institution.

5.4 Currency. All Account balances, bonuses, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless a cryptocurrency deposit has been made, in which case conversion to MYR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.

6.2 Method Matching. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Chealsea88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or payment methods that have not been used to fund the Account.

6.3 Processing Times. Chealsea88 targets processing verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times and are typically completed within 30–60 minutes.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method; Players should consult their Account dashboard for their applicable limits.

6.5 Bonus-Related Restrictions. Withdrawals may not be processed while active Bonus Funds remain subject to an outstanding wagering requirement. You may forfeit active Bonus Funds in order to proceed with a withdrawal of Real Money balance, subject to the specific conditions of the applicable promotion.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General. Chealsea88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the promotion is active.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credit is subject to a wagering requirement of the amount specified in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period; unused bonus credit and associated winnings will be removed from the Account upon expiry.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. Chealsea88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: structured staking to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting a pricing or software error.

7.4 Promotion Eligibility. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are available to eligible registered Players only. Promotional offers may not be combined unless the relevant promotion terms explicitly permit stacking. Chealsea88 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

7.5 VIP Programme. Participation in the Chealsea88 VIP Programme is subject to the specific VIP Terms applicable to each tier (Bronze through Royal Black Diamond). VIP tier status, cashback rates, and other benefits are reviewed monthly based on qualifying turnover and may be adjusted at the Company's discretion.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

8.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:

In the event of a dispute regarding a settled market, our official sportsbook rules will govern. Chealsea88 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.

8.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game or platform malfunction, Chealsea88 reserves the right to void any wagers placed during the period of the malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard industry principle that applies to all games on our Platform.

9 Responsible Gambling

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Chealsea88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, audio, and design elements — is the property of Chealsea88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from Chealsea88.

Third-party game providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles. The presence of those games on Chealsea88 does not grant you any rights over the providers' software or branding.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Chealsea88 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chealsea88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.

11.3 Our maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 By the Company. Chealsea88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful purposes;
• The Player is under the age of 21 or has provided false registration information;
• The Player is subject to a self-exclusion or similar restriction;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to Chealsea88.

In the event of termination for cause, Chealsea88 reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

12.2 By the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining verified Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Chealsea88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they alter your rights or obligations in a meaningful way — we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure pursuant to Section 12.2 above.
